Labor Agreement Scope of work: The removal of the existing shower panels and the installation of a new shower panel of the same size which will be supplied by the customer. The customer agrees to pay for Labor, Permit Fees, and Engineering Fees. which will be billed to the customer on separate invoices. The installation includes additional material such as caulking the work area. If any other material is needed to cover or prepare the interior or exterior of the opening or workspace will be billed to the customer on a separate invoice. All walls, floors, and sill repairs are to be done by others Not By The Installation Team or True Tech Solutions Inc. This includes wall and floor covers such as tile, marble, and all other wall and floor coverings. The Customer agrees to all Terms and Conditions of True Tech Solutions Inc. and the stated contractor who will be providing the installation which will be given to the customer upon request. The customer also understands and agrees that before the Scheduling Payment must be received. In the event of an error of any material the customer may hold the labor payment for the error item which has not been installed. True Tech Solutions is responsible for removing all old large debris that has come about from the alteration of the opening from the customer's property. No Returns or Refunds
