Scope of work:

The removal of the existing hollow metal door and the installation of a new hollow metal door of the same size which will be supplied by the customer. The customer agrees to pay for Labor, Permit Fees, and Engineering Fees. which will be billed to the customer on separate invoices. The installation includes additional material such as caulking, screws, wood buck, interior drywall compound patch-work, and stucco patch-work 1" adjacent to the work area. If Interior casing, exterior casing, opening build-out, or any other material is needed to cover or prepare the interior or exterior of the door or window opening, it will be billed to the customer on a separate invoice. All Painting is to be done by others Not By The Installation Team or True Tech Solutions Inc. The Customer agrees to all Terms and Conditions of True Tech Solutions Inc. and the stated contractor who will be providing the installation which will be given to the customer upon request. The customer also understands and agrees that before the Scheduling Payment must be received. In the event of an error of any material the customer may hold the labor payment for the error item which has not been installed. True Tech Solutions is responsible for removing all old large debris that has come about from the alteration of the opening from the customer's property. No Returns or Refunds
